Executive – IT Systems & Infrastructure (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, cloud).
Ensure smooth day-to-day system and network operations.
Assist with information security controls and monitoring.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and security incidents.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
What You’ll Need
Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of LAN/WAN, servers, virtualization, and security tools.
Platforms: Exposure to cloud platforms is an added advantage.
Certifications: Professional certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, or equivalent) are a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
