Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of the core financial system and related modules.
Assist with enterprise systems and digital platforms.
Coordinate with vendors and business users for issue resolution and system changes.
Support system upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployments.
Assist with user access management, documentation, and compliance requirements.
What You'll Need:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years' experience in IT systems, application, or project support.
Exposure to core banking, financial, ERP, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of databases, integrations, and reporting tools.
Experience working with vendors and in regulated environments is a plus.
