Key Responsibilities
Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day workflow execution for supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
Data Management: Analyze operational data using MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) to generate actionable insights.
Reporting: Assist in creating dashboards and KPIs (exposure to Power BI is an advantage).
Documentation: Handle POs, invoices, delivery notes, and GRN support accurately to reduce process delays.
System Activity: Support ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to maintain data integrity and reduce manual work.
Process Improvement: Assist in drafting SOPs and flowcharts to standardize and improve efficiency.
Digital Tools: Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint for workflow automation.
Qualifications & Skills
Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Data entry, pivots, charts) is essential.
Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI (advantageous).
Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette for internal coordination.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
