System Support Engineer

Job Description: Lao ASEAN Leasing Public Company, Ltd is a public listed and the largest leasing company in Laos. The company provides financing to corporate and individuals to acquire automobiles and heavy equipment. The company has over 600 employees located in its headquarters in Vientiane and branches in all major cities in Laos, Singapore, and Sri Lanka (Orient City, Dematagoda, Colombo).
We are looking for a System Support Engineer to support LALCO staff in Laos. Join our team at Vientiane, Laos, where you'll have the opportunity to provide support to our staff in Laos for onsite work.
Responsibilities:
Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
Provide on-site support at client locations on behalf of service delivery teams and resolve technical issues.
Perform system analysis and recommend improvements.
Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure they operate at optimal efficiency, inspect refrigerant levels, and ensure all components function correctly.
Vendor management and adept at coordination with internal application teams to troubleshoot issues.
Requirements and Skills:
Recent ICT graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in an L1 IT support role or similar.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desktop Support and Server Support experience.
Familiarity with SQL.
Advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A team player with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.
