📝 Key Responsibilities
- 🛡️ Manage and oversee firewall, O365 and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- 📑 Conduct internal IT audits aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
- 👥 Lead IT teams across subsidiaries and monitor performance.
- 📈 Oversee IT support systems, analyze trends and gather user feedback.
- 💰 Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relations and compliance.
- 📹 Manage IT infrastructure including CCTV, PABX and VOIP systems.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science (MBA or certifications are an advantage).
- ⏳ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- 🏭 Should have experience in FMCG, Food & Beverages or Manufacturing sector.
- 🔥 Strong knowledge of FortiGate Firewall is an advantage.
- 🗣️ Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
