  • 📋 Gather and document comprehensive business requirements.
  • 📝 Create user stories and detailed process flows for development teams.
  • 💳 Analyze checkout and payment workflows to optimize user experience.
  • 🔄 Support sprint planning and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.

🎓 Requirements

  • ✅ 3+ years of experience as a BA in SaaS, E-commerce, or FinTech.
  • 💡 Strong knowledge of online payments and transaction processing.
  • 🔌 Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations.

🌟 Nice to Have

  • 🛒 Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce platforms.
  • 🛡️ Knowledge of PCI-DSS and PSD2 compliance standards.
