They are currently looking for young, persistent, and energetic individuals to join their team and grow into the role of IT Executive. 🚀 Job Responsibilities
- 📡 Provide IT support related to medical equipment service operations at external hospital and laboratory sites.
- 🛡️ Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure to support medical devices and HIS connected equipment.
- 💻 Install, configure, and modify Windows operating systems and application software for biomedical equipment.
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve IT, network, and system-related issues connected to medical equipment.
- 🌐 Support connectivity requirements (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) for medical devices at customer locations.
- 👥 Coordinate with hospital IT teams to ensure smooth integration of medical equipment.
- ⚙️ Assist service engineers with IT configurations, software updates, and system diagnostics.
- 📑 Maintain service-related IT documentation, logs, and reports.
🎓 Candidate Profile
- 📜 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Networking, or Computer Science.
- 🏅 CCNA / CCNP certification is highly preferred.
- ⏳ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in networking or a service-related IT role.
- 🏥 Exposure to hospitals, laboratories, or healthcare IT environments is highly advantageous.
- 🧠 Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 🚗 Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
