🚀 Position: Junior Executive – IT
📋 Responsibilities:
- 🛠️ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, scanners, routers, and other IT equipment.
- 🆘 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and basic software issues.
- 🌐 Assist in network setup, internet connectivity, and system maintenance.
- 🔄 Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
- 💻 Support users with Microsoft Office applications and basic software installations.
- 📧 Assist in maintaining company websites, email systems, and internal software.
- 🎨 Design simple posters, flyers, or marketing materials when required (using Photoshop / Illustrator).
- 📑 Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
🎓 Requirements:
- 📜 Diploma or Certificate in IT / Computer Hardware / Networking or related field.
- ⚙️ Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- 🔧 Basic knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting.
- 📂 Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 🖌️ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- 🗣️ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
