🎯 Duties and Responsibilities
- 📋 Plan, conduct, and manage Audit and Risk Assurance engagements
- 📏 Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards
- 📈 Assist in business development and administrative activities
- 👨🏫 Engage in coaching, training, and staff development
🎓 Educational and Professional Qualifications
- 📜 Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA
- ⏳ Minimum 4+ years' experience in professional services with External Audit focus
- ⏱️ Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- 🗣️ Exceptional communication skills for internal and overseas client liaison
- 👥 Proven team working and supervisory skills for junior staff members
