   👨‍🏫 This full-time contract role involves working on Learner Support activities and serving as a Graduate Young Mentor (GYM) for Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS). 📚

🎯 Nature of Work

  • ✅ Supporting Learner Support activities at JRC and MRC.
  • ✅ Serving as a Graduate Young Mentor (GYM).
  • ✅ Facilitating Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS).

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • 📜 Must have obtained a BSc degree (NS/S1) from OUSL.
  • 📍 Applicants residing around the Jaffna and Matara areas are highly preferred.

⏳ Appointment & Remuneration

  • 🗓️ Duration: Initial three-month appointment, extendable up to two years based on performance.
  • 💰 Remuneration: A fixed monthly allowance of Rs. 40,000/- (including EPT and ETF).
