🎨 Job Responsibilities

  • ⭐ Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing and prototyping.
  • 📱 Translate concepts into user flows, mockups, and prototypes to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • 🔍 Guide the team in user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
  • 📐 Design wireframes and user journeys optimized for various devices and interfaces.
  • 💡 Identify and solve design challenges with innovative, user-centered solutions.
  • 🛠️ Establish UI/UX best practices, design standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  • 🤝 Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • 👨‍🏫 Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

⏰ Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)

📍 Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

🎓 Job Requirements

  • ✅ 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • 🎓 Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
  • 🔬 Strong expertise in user research methodologies and iterative design processes.
  • 🎨 Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • 🖌️ Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • 🏗️ Ability to create information architecture using tools like Visio or Miro.
  • 💻 Strong understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration.
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication and leadership skills to present concepts to stakeholders.
  • 🔥 A passion for innovation and crafting exceptional user experiences.
