🚀 VoxxSys International (PVT) Ltd is looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join their Software Support Team in Colombo.
🎧 In this role, you will assist customers with software solutions and POS systems, providing step-by-step guidance and remote troubleshooting. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided! 💻
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Customer Support: Answer inquiries and guide users step-by-step on using the software system.
- 🛠️ Technical Assistance: Provide remote troubleshooting and assist with POS printer and system setups.
- ✨ User Guidance: Help new customers understand system features with clear, simple explanations.
- 📝 Documentation: Record support issues and report recurring problems to the internal team.
🎓 Ideal Candidate
- 📜 Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Software, or Computer Science.
- 🗣️ Communication: Strong verbal skills to explain technical tasks clearly to non-technical users.
- 🧩 Problem Solving: Patient and friendly approach to solving customer problems.
- 🖥️ Technical: Good understanding of Windows OS; basic networking or database knowledge is a plus.
