🎯 Responsibilities

  • 📅 Assist team leads in coordinating and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and tasks.
  • 📝 Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • 🗣️ Support internal communications and ensure team alignment on project goals.
  • ⚠️ Help identify project risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • 🤝 Participate in team meetings, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • 🛠️ Contribute to process improvement and support the use of project management tools.
  • 📋 Support requirement gathering and feature prioritization.

🎓 Requirements

  • ✅ Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Project Management, IT, or Engineering.
  • 🗣️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 🗂️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 🚀 Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 🛠️ Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com is a plus.
  • 📊 Basic understanding of project lifecycle, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • 🔍 Tech-savvy with a logical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
