🚀 WishmiQ Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated QA & Product Support Intern to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to start a career in Software QA, Manual Testing, and Product Support.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • 🧪 Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of both Web and Mobile Applications.
  • 🐞 Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and report bugs to the engineering team.
  • ✅ Validation: Re-test fixes and support release validation processes.
  • 🎧 Support: Handle support tickets, emails, and calls to resolve user-reported issues.
  • 🗣️ Communication: Clearly communicate user issues to developers and internal teams.
  • 📈 Quality: Help improve overall product quality and the User Experience (UX).

🎓 Who Can Apply

  • 📜 Education: Candidates pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Information Systems.
  • 💡 Knowledge: Basic knowledge of QA / Manual Testing is a plus.
  • 🛠️ Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Postman is an advantage.
  • 🕒 Flexibility: Ability to work according to UK Time / Sri Lanka Time.
