🎓 Requirements (You're the one if you have:)
- 🎨 Mastery of Adobe Illustrator: This is non-negotiable!
- 📜 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sublimation company.
- 🏗️ Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of sportswear templates, pattern boards, and print files.
- 🌈 Color Management: Strong understanding of CMYK color management and production-ready design.
- 📐 Attention to Detail: An eye for scaling, detail, and consistency across various sizes.
