🚀 Predictiv AI Inc. (CSE: PAI.CN), a publicly listed technology leader on the Canadian Securities Exchange, is seeking a motivated Associate QA Engineer to join their team in Colombo. They specialize in building AI-powered platforms for fleet management and logistics optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 📋 Strategy: Assist in preparing test plans and defining test strategies for various projects.
  • 🧪 Execution: Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and comprehensive test cases.
  • 🤖 Automation: Assist in the development and maintenance of automation scripts.
  • ⚙️ Environment: Configure and maintain test environments and support Continuous Integration (CI) processes.
  • 📊 Analysis: Execute tests, analyze results, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

🎓 Requirements

  • 📜 Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 🧠 Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of Quality Engineering practices and software engineering principles.
  • 🌟 Plus Points: Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.
  • 🛠️ QA Tools: Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Lighthouse, or JMeter.
  • 🔌 API Testing: Understanding of API concepts and exposure to Postman or Rest Assured.
  • 🔄 Methodology: Good knowledge of Agile software testing methodologies.
  • 🏆 Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level or similar entry-level certifications are an advantage.
