🚀 Idea8 (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer Intern to join their team in Kottawa. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to deploy, manage, and scale real-world applications in production environments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🐳 Containerization: Build and manage Docker-based environments for various applications.
- ☸️ Orchestration: Assist with Kubernetes deployments to ensure scalable infrastructure.
- ☁️ VPS Management: Deploy and maintain applications on VPS environments (Hostinger / Linux servers).
- 🔄 CI/CD: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
- 📊 Monitoring: Monitor server performance, logs, and system health to maintain reliability.
- 🛠️ Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to high CPU usage, application crashes, and network failures.
- 📝 Documentation: Maintain basic infrastructure documentation and deployment guides.
🎓 Requirements
- 📜 Education: Undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 🐧 Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Docker & Linux (Ubuntu preferred).
- ⚙️ DevOps Basics: Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD principles.
- 🌐 Cloud & Networking: Familiarity with VPS environments and understanding of networking (HTTP, DNS, SSL).
- 📂 Version Control: Familiar with GitHub and automated workflows.
🌟 Plus Points
- 📈 Tools: Experience with Nginx, Traefik, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- 🐍 Scripting: Familiarity with Bash or Python scripting for automation.
