🚀 BuildaStore is a fast-growing eCommerce agency looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to join their team in Colombo. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on international eCommerce projects and grow within a collaborative environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🌐 Platform Management: Develop, update, and maintain websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
- 🎨 Responsive Design: Work with Elementor and other page builders to implement modern, responsive designs.
- 🛠️ Custom Development: Assist in developing custom WordPress themes and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid.
- 🔌 Integrations: Implement and troubleshoot third-party APIs and app integrations.
- 📈 Optimization: Optimize websites for high performance, SEO readiness, and mobile responsiveness.
- 🔧 Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
🎓 Requirements
- 📜 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
- 💻 Technical Stack: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Liquid, and MySQL.
- 🏗️ Page Builders: Hands-on experience using Elementor (other builders are an advantage).
- 🔌 API & SEO: Understanding of API integrations and technical SEO best practices.
- 🗣️ Communication: Good English communication skills and a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
