🚀 Sephora, a global leader in beauty retail, is looking for an Intern, IT AI Automation Engineer for their prestigious Summer 2026 internship program. This 10-week journey is designed to equip early-career professionals with hands-on experience in GenAI and automation infrastructure.
💰 Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

🤖 The Role: Innovation in Quality Engineering
As part of the Quality Engineering (QE) team, you will help drive a quality culture focused on product security, reliability, and performance. You will be at the forefront of testing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that directly impact Sephora's global customers.
🎯 What You Will Accomplish
- 🏗️ Infrastructure Building: Build testing and automation infrastructure with immediate customer impact.
- 🧠 GenAI Testing: Design and execute automated tests specifically for GenAI models, focusing on accuracy, bias, and robustness.
- 🤖 AI Integration: Evaluate and integrate Agentic AI agents into existing automation frameworks.
- 📊 Data Management: Assist in maintaining test data using modern AI tools and agents.
- ⚡ Agile Exposure: Gain exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an agile environment.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- 📚 Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 💻 Coding: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- 🛠️ Automation Tools: Experience with Selenium WebDriver or Appium is a significant plus.
- 💡 Mindset: Passion for disrupting manual tasks with automated solutions and a desire to understand customer needs.
