🔍 The Role & Responsibilities

As a QA Associate, you will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of software solutions developed by interns and senior engineers alike.

  • 🆕 Intern Validation: Review and validate the work of newly onboarded software engineering interns and .NET developers.
  • 🧪 Testing: Execute comprehensive testing protocols to ensure projects meet strict quality compliance standards.
  • 🖥️ Flexible Working: Be available for remote work, on-site client visits, or potential placement at client offices under their payroll via outsourcing.
  • 📊 Reporting: Communicate effectively with development teams to resolve bugs and improve system reliability.

🎓 Requirements

  • 🇱🇰 Location: You must be based in Sri Lanka.
  • 🎯 Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in code and software behavior.
  • 🗣️ Communication: Excellent English and local language skills for effective team and client collaboration.
