Siyapatha Finance PLC – Branch Manager Vacancies
Siyapatha Finance PLC, the largest fully owned subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Branch Managers across multiple locations.
Locations: Bandarawela, Boralesgamuwa, Chunnakkam, Gampaha, Gampola, Horana, Kegalle, Kotahena, Kottawa, Kurunegala, Matale, Moratuwa, Narammala, Nawalapitiya, Tissamaharama, Wellawatte, and Wennappuwa.
The Job:
Manage a healthy portfolio by maintaining agreed NPL (Non-Performing Loan) ratios and provisions.
Lead the team and oversee the operations and controls of the branch to achieve set business objectives.
Uplift the company image by providing outstanding customer services.
The Person:
Minimum 7 years of work experience in the banking and financial sector, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Possess a degree in Sales, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Credit Management. A professional qualification would be advantageous.
Excel in cross-selling, networking, and leadership, with strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
