Intern - TechOps at Epic Lanka
Join Epic Lanka as a TechOps Intern to work on DevOps, Linux administration, and Fintech solutions.
Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day technical operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Support environment setup, configuration, and deployment of tools and applications.
Work with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines & automation.
Participate in solution implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Manage and maintain operational tools used across development and production environments.
Perform basic Linux system administration tasks and support database operations.
Collaborate with the TechOps team to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Help document technical processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
Respond to technical support requests under supervision and escalate when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
