The company is currently seeking a purpose-driven, dynamic individual to join as the Head of IT to drive digital transformation and lead technology functions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with company business objectives.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system development.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team.
Collaborate with business units to identify technology opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
Professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in IT strategy, system integration, and digital transformation.
