Project Manager – People's Bank (Sri Lanka)
People's Bank, a premier bank in Sri Lanka with the largest customer base, is looking for talented and dynamic individuals to fill the position of Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, goals, timelines, budgets).
Maintain strong relationships with all business units to understand requirements.
Lead execution and follow-up of cross-functional programs and initiatives.
Proactively report progress to steering committees and stakeholders.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project status reports and artifacts to the PMO.
Track project portfolio health and ensure process compliance.
Eligibility Requirements:
Nationality: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (UGC recognized).
Certifications: Valid PMP (PMI, USA) OR a Master’s Degree in Project Management.
Experience: 4–5 years in project management, specifically in software and hardware lifecycles.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
Additional: Experience in digitization/transformation and software development is a plus.
Age: Preferably below 45 years.
