Junior Executive – IT at Transco Travels
Transco Travels, a trend-setting travel company in Colombo, is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented candidate to join their team as a Junior Executive – IT.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, scanners, routers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and basic software issues.
Assist in network setup, internet connectivity, and system maintenance.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
Support users with Microsoft Office applications and basic software installations.
Assist in maintaining company websites, email systems, and internal software.
Design simple posters, flyers, or marketing materials when required (using Photoshop / Illustrator).
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in IT / Computer Hardware / Networking or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
Basic knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
