Learn how to identify and use high-value keywords to pass the ATS and impress recruiters.

The secret isn't just your experience; it’s about the Keywords you use. 🗝️

Think of keywords as the "Secret Sauce" that makes your application stand out to both robots and humans. 🍔✨

🔍 How to Find High-Value Keywords

Before you apply, read the job description like a detective. 🕵️‍♂️

Look for words that appear more than once. These are usually the Core Skills the company needs. 💎

If the job says "Project Management" three times, that word must be in your CV! 📝✅

⚡ Action Verbs vs. Industry Nouns

To sound professional, you need a mix of two types of words: 🤝

  • Industry Nouns: These are tools or topics like Java, Digital Marketing, or Accounting. 🛠️
  • Action Verbs: These show what you did, like Developed, Managed, or Increased. 📈

Tip: Instead of saying "I was a leader," say "I Led a team of five." It sounds much stronger! 💪

⚠️ The Danger of "Keyword Stuffing"

Some people try to trick the system by listing 100 keywords. 🚫

This is called Keyword Stuffing, and it’s a big mistake. 🙅‍♂️

A robot (ATS) might pass you, but a human will read it next. If it doesn't make sense, they will reject you. 📉

Keep it natural. Use keywords only where they actually fit your story. 😊🌟
