🚀 Olee AI is a leading innovator in Industrial Automation, dedicated to building intelligent, scalable, and secure digital products. They are currently seeking a passionate Intern – Backend Engineer (Node.js) to join their high-performance engineering team in Malabe.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • 🛠️ Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
  • 🔌 API Design: Build and manage REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • 🔐 Security: Implement business logic, authentication (JWT), authorization, and role-based access control.
  • 🗄️ Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM.
  • ☁️ Integration: Integrate third-party services including payments, email, and cloud storage.
  • 🤝 Collaboration: Work with AI and product teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.
  • 📝 Clean Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Backend code.

🎓 What We're Looking For

  • 💻 Language Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • ⚡ Core Tech: Hands-on experience with Node.js and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).
  • 🧠 Concepts: Strong understanding of Backend Development concepts and server-side architecture.
  • 📊 Data Modeling: Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
  • 🛡️ API Practices: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and secure API development practices.
