🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- 📜 Education: Currently reading for a Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, Mathematics, or Physics.
- ☕ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, open-source frontend, and server-side technologies.
- 🗄️ Data: Knowledge of RDBMS; understanding of NoSQL and Big Data architecture.
- 🏗️ Architecture: Experience with OOP, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing for scalable web apps.
- 🔄 Methodology: Understanding of Agile practices such as SCRUM, TDD, and ATDD.
📝 Program Details & Benefits
- 💰 Allowance: Rs 50,000 monthly allowance.
- 📅 Timeline: 6 months (June – December 2026).
- 📍 Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week at Pearson Lanka office).
