🚀 Coderra is building a production-grade, multi-agent AI platform designed to automate real enterprise workflows. They are looking for a motivated AI Business Analyst (Intern / Graduate) to join their Sri Lanka-based team and help shape the future of AI products.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research across AI, SaaS, and agentic platforms to inform product strategy.
- 💡 Product Shaping: Identify product gaps and define feature opportunities based on analysis and insights.
- 📝 Documentation: Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specs.
- 🎨 Design: Create wireframes and basic UI/UX flows using tools like Figma to communicate ideas clearly.
- ⚙️ Execution: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure correct execution of product intent.
🎓 Who They Are Looking For
- 🗣️ Communication: Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- 🧠 Analytical Mindset: Ability to think analytically and break down complex systems.
- 🤖 AI Knowledge: Conceptual understanding of AI fundamentals including LLMs, agents, and automation.
- 🛠️ Tools: Exposure to tools like Figma, Notion, or similar is useful (not mandatory).
- 🚀 Ownership: Proactive individuals who take ownership and thrive in fast-iterating environments.
