🚀 SpectrifyAI is transforming quality control in agriculture through cutting-edge AI and spectral technology. They are looking for a motivated Data Scientist Intern to drive insight, experimentation, and decision-making for computer vision systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Data Analysis: Analyze image and tabular datasets to extract actionable insights.
- 🔍 EDA: Perform Exploratory Data Analysis on vision datasets and conduct error analysis to identify model failure patterns.
- 🎨 Feature Engineering: Design features from image outputs such as color, texture, and quality metrics.
- 🧪 Experimentation: Design and support experiments (DoE, A/B testing) and evaluate model performance.
- 🗣️ Communication: Communicate findings clearly to guide system improvements and data-driven decisions.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 🐍 Programming: Strong proficiency in Python.
- ⚙️ Fundamentals: Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Machine Learning workflows.
- 📈 Math & Stats: Understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Data Visualization.
- 🛠️ Tech Stack: Experience with scikit-learn / PyTorch (basic level).
- 📜 Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a BSc(Hons) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 🏅 Plus Points: Certifications from platforms like Udemy, Coursera, etc., are an advantage.
