🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 🏗️ Architectural Leadership: Lead the technical advancement of SaaS products, ensuring scalability and resilience.
  • 🧠 AI-First Workflow: Utilize generative AI in your daily development to automate routine tasks and focus on complex problem-solving.
  • 📝 Requirement Engineering: Convert broad product requirements into concrete, high-stakes technical designs.
  • 🛠️ Full-Stack Ownership: Drive front and backend features while maintaining a high bar for code quality and stability.

🎓 Basic Requirements

  • 💻 SaaS Experience: At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products (not outsourcing).
  • 🏗️ Technical Lead: At least 2 years as a primary technical contributor driving strategic decisions.
  • ⚛️ Full-Stack: 1+ year of experience across the entire stack.
  • 🤖 AI Native: Proven experience using Generative AI tools in your day-to-day development work.
