🎯 Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization, supporting high-impact processes and operational workflows.

  • 🏗️ ETL Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows.
  • 📊 Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models and warehouse structures for efficient reporting.
  • 🤝 Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Compliance, and BI teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
  • ⚡ Optimization: Improve query performance and reporting infrastructure for maximum scalability.
  • 🛡️ Governance: Maintain strict data quality, integrity, and governance standards across all systems.

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • 📜 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
  • ⏳ Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering roles.
  • 🐍 Coding: Proficiency in a modern language like Python, Java, or Scala.
  • ☁️ Cloud Data: Experience with AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or GCP BigQuery.
  • 🗄️ Warehousing: Hands-on experience with Redshift, Snowflake, or SQL Server.
  • 📈 BI Tools: Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight.
