🚀 Crossover is recruiting an elite Senior Software Engineer for LearnWith.AI. This 100% remote role offers a massive compensation of $100,000 USD per year (approx. 30 Million LKR). You will be at the forefront of the EdTech revolution, using Generative AI to reshape how students learn globally.

💰 Compensation: $50/hour ($100,000/year USD)
🌍 Location: 100% Remote (Colombo/Global)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🎓 Basic Requirements

  • 💻 SaaS Experience: At least 4 years working on actual SaaS products (excluding outsourcing/internal IT).
  • 🏗️ Strategic Lead: 2+ years as a primary technical contributor making high-stakes decisions.
  • ⚛️ Full-Stack: At least 1 year of experience across the entire stack.
  • 🤖 AI Native: Proven experience using Generative AI in your day-to-day coding.
